Training
Training is a great way of equipping staff to help your organisation meet is objectives and it has the added benefit of bringing expertise in-house. This in turn reduces dependence on outside expertise and allows you to make more informed choices if you are purchasing external services or products. Investing in staff capability at the present time is an investment for the future. When the recession ends and as trade starts to pick up it will be vital to have the capacity to expand into wider markets and respond to new opportunities.
